Very many people have latched on to the idea of creating eBooks to sell their original ideas and information on the internet. Websites such as eBay are literally teeming with these digital books - and it has reportedly become an $8 Billion industry. In this article, we will take a look at how easy it is to create an eBook from scratch.
Firstly, you need to do your research! Now I know this doesn't sound much like fun - well at least to me - but this is surely where your project will succeed or fail. You see, people don't buy products - they buy solutions!
There is a big difference between creating a book on something you enjoy and then searching for a market; and finding a market for which to write your book. The former is a recipe for disaster - the latter is a recipe for success! And - yes - it really is a recipe for success, so let me emphasise that point: find your target market first; then write your book.
Most people write their eBooks using their favourite Wordprocessor and then simply convert the final text into PDF format using PDF conversion software. There are many such conversion programs widely available - some are free too - but the one I personally use is eWriterPro!

Your book might be passed from person to person around the internet; and when that happens, your sales message will also get passed on for you - all for free!
If the quality of your free report is high, there is a very great incentive for people to replicate your report. And if you have made a very good job of pre-selling your main eBook, that's all you may need to do to make a substantial profit. I have a number of eBooks that have benefited from this desirable effect.
If you don't get it right the first time, don't worry, eBooks don't cost you anything to produce, simply crank out another project using exactly the same principles explained above. If you keep doing this, you will begin to see profit; and that profit will multiply because your pre-sales reports will multiply. Just remember to do the research first; then provide quality; and the results will inevitably follow!
